Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem. Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)
• Active CPR certification
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy services that improve mobility, strength, safety, balance, and independence
• Monitor patient progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
