About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for their Transitional Care Unit in Wauchula, FL. As the provider of inpatient and outpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that collaborates with physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited OT program
- Active or pending state OT license

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients in the Transitional Care Unit.
- Treat patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations, including sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management.
- Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
- Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
- Participate in a graduated caseload ramp-up time.
- Engage in individualized professional development.
