About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Dunellen, New Jersey for a part-time or full-time (leave coverage, September - March) school-based role! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Excellent Compensation Exclusive school placement (no travel required) Hours: 8:15am-2:30pm (flexible) M-F, September - March Pay: $60-$65 Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch. Caseload: Primarily preschool-aged students Approximately 5 students with 30-minute therapy sessions, plus additional preschool students No evaluations required – direct therapy services only Preschool experience is highly preferred Existing full-time OT and full-time COTA on staff

Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
