About The Position

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing and treating patients in assigned service areas within the framework of the interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate patient documentation and statistical data, participating in program planning, and providing clinical supervision of therapy assistants and occupational therapy students. This will be done in accordance with the Saskatchewan Health Authority mission statement and Therapy Department statement of purpose, policies and procedures of the facility and department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
  • Registered/eligible with Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy (CAOT)
