About The Position
Healthcare facility located near Pasco, WA is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire position.
Requirements
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Current and active OT license
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, role model, well organized
- Have a nice appearance being well-groomed and demonstrate appropriate contact
Responsibilities
- Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity.
- Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician’s plan of care.
- Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.
