About The Position
Theracare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time position within the Mooresville School Systems, approximately 28 hours per week. Theracare has been exclusively serving the community since 1996 and is a top Indiana provider of contract Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license/certification
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
- Apply the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
- Ensure knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
