About The Position

Kidzoola Therapy Center, a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, Montana, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time or part-time role. The position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical collaboration, and a supportive team culture. The clinic emphasizes child-led, play-based therapy grounded in evidence-based practice and caregiver relationships. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Training in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, or other pediatric specialties

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and clinic collaboration
