Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes
