About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time | Generous Sign-On Bonus. Vertical Health Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team at Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation - St Charles, Mo. We’re a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri. This is a great opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• SNF experience is a plus
• New grads are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients.
• Work in one consistent location.
• Manage diverse caseloads including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care.
• Utilize cutting-edge equipment and modalities.
• Engage in CEUs and ongoing clinical training.
• Work in a newly renovated facility with a REHAB to HOME WING and two new THERAPY GYMS with EQUIPMENT.
