About The Position
Paradise Valley Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services within the scope of practice. The role focuses on restoring function and preventing disability for clients or patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary disorders. The Occupational Therapist works in accordance with department and hospital policies and applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements, including Title 22 Sections 70517 and 70519, and functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state Occupational Therapy certification or license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
Nice To Haves
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification.
- AOTA membership or affiliation.
- OTAC membership or affiliation.
Responsibilities
