Requirements

• Active Occupational license in California
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute, SNF, or Home Health experience
• Current driver's license
• Auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assists the patient in attaining maximum potential through application of occupational therapy principles under a plan of treatment approved by a physician.
• Provides consultation to other health team members.
• Consults with patient's family and caregivers.
• Evaluates home environment and makes recommendations.
