About The Position

Language Link Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in a structured, full-day role. This position offers a consistent schedule across multiple settings, including preschools/daycares, ABA centers, and our Cooper City office. Therapists benefit from established partnerships, strong administrative support, and a collaborative care model focused on early intervention. The primary schedule is Monday-Thursday, with optional opportunities for additional hours on Fridays and Saturdays. All locations are within a 7-mile radius.

Requirements

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Pediatric experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work across multiple environments
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a structured, fast-paced schedule
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other providers, educators, and caregivers

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
• Deliver services in preschools, ABA centers, and clinic settings
• Collaborate with ABA providers, Speech Therapists, educators, and families
• Complete documentation and progress notes
• Participate in care planning and communication
