About The Position

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders. This is a hybrid role located at our NE-HARBOR TOWN CAMPUS facility in Manitowoc, WI. The position is 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) with a Shift 1 schedule, Monday through Friday, allowing for self-scheduling based on patient needs. Holidays and weekends require participation approximately 1-2 times per year in acute care settings.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor’s degree).
• Wisconsin state license or eligible as a Occupational Therapist is required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2 years occupational therapy experience is preferred.
