Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric Home Health
About The Position
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing developmentally appropriate interventions to support each child’s functional independence and quality of life. The position offers flexible scheduling options for both part-time (fewer than 24 visits per week) and full-time (25+ visits per week) employment, with caseloads built close to the therapist's location. Amazing Care emphasizes a supportive, people-first culture with great back-office support and no chasing paperwork.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their potential
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home environment.
- Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with care teams for integrated treatment planning.
