About The Position
Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Landings of Albemarle & Edenton House, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Hertford & Edenton, NC! This role is within a Senior Living setting and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday work required. Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
