Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a creative and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized therapeutic care to senior patients living in senior living communities. The role involves building relationships with patients, evaluating and treating them, and supporting resident wellness through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness. Occupational Therapists can also grow as leaders through community partnerships and contribute to expanded wellness and home-based programs. Legacy Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit organization founded by and continuing to be led by therapists. It provides rehabilitative care intended to improve residents’ quality of life and serves nearly 500 senior living communities across the United States. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, career advancement opportunities, and a potential quarterly GROW bonus when the clinic exceeds its growth goal through care delivered as written in plans of care and expanded programs. Pay range: $38.00–$50.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
