About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a creative and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitative care to senior patients in senior living communities. The role involves building relationships with patients, evaluating and treating them, supporting resident wellness through education and consultations, and contributing to community partnerships. The organization is therapist-founded and therapist-led, and provides on-site senior therapy care across nearly 500 communities in the United States.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Grow as a leader through community partnership.
- Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness.
