About The Position
TRC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team in Westborough, MA. This role focuses on helping individuals enrolled in the ABI/MFP waiver programs regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized therapy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with brain injuries, neurological conditions, psychological impairments, and other disabilities in home and community settings.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- Experience with ABI, outpatient rehab, or home care strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate participants and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services in homes, community settings, or as needed
- Improve daily living, communication, mobility, travel, and home management skills
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Collaborate with therapists, families, and care teams
- Provide staff training and education
- Complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
