About The Position

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, personalized occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients. Requirements

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Recognize and celebrate patients’ progress and achievements.
