About The Position
Constellation Health is seeking multiple Occupational Therapists to work in Lower Fairfield County. The role involves working collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children, including intervention in small group and individual sessions. The therapist will also be responsible for documentation and reports for IEP meetings. This position is in sync with the school calendar and aims to empower school-age children to achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Strong oral and written communication skills
