About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy delivers outpatient-quality care in the home, offering Occupational Therapists (OTs) flexibility, autonomy, and support to practice effectively. The role emphasizes 100% 1:1 patient care with no overlapping visits, allowing clinicians to build their own schedules and have clinical autonomy. Full administrative support is provided, including handling referrals and billing. The company offers a structured onboarding process, mentorship, and a gradual ramp-up for new clinicians, including new graduates and those transitioning from clinics or SNFs. A 'Shadow First' program is available for those unsure about home-based care.

Requirements

• Active NY license as an OT
• Degree from an accredited OT program
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
