About The Position
The primary function of the Occupational Therapist is to perform evaluations, to plan, implement and modify treatment programs; to direct and supervise physical therapy services; to participate in discharge planning; to pursue professional growth; assist with educational duties and perform administrative and other duties as required. Must comply with all aspects of the Colorado Occupational Therapy Act in providing occupational therapy services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of Occupational Therapy program accredited by the A.O.T.A.
- Proof of successful completion of Occupational Therapy Registration Exam
- Current licensure by State of Colorado as an O.T.R.
- BLS Certification required
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Show good judgment
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and deadlines
