Occupational Therapist- Peds Visits
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This territory covers Hockessin through Wilmington. As a nonprofit organization, BAYADA focuses on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families. OTs will partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style, empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development, deliver therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, etc.), use electronic documentation for each visit, and complete weekly scheduled visits.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
