About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking passionate, growth-minded Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join their interdisciplinary team. This role involves evaluating and treating children with developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs, using evidence-based interventions to improve participation in daily activities such as play, self-care, and learning. The position emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and sustainable clinical practices, ensuring that therapists have protected time for planning, collaboration, and documentation, so notes do not extend beyond work hours. Opportunities exist to work across various settings including clinics, daycares, schools, homes, community settings, and telehealth.

Requirements

  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in NC
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Feeding experience a plus
