About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist in Austin, Texas, to help improve children’s lives while benefiting from schedule flexibility, mentorship, and professional development. The position offers a diverse pediatric caseload, collaboration with occupational, physical, and speech therapy colleagues, and guidance from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts on complex cases. Specialty-specific training is provided by a Clinical Competency Specialist. The role offers flexible scheduling, including options such as four 10-hour days or a traditional schedule. Work arrangements may be in-clinic every day or hybrid, with one remote day on Thursday or Friday and other days in clinic. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually based on experience, with pay based on clock-in/clock-out; additional pay-per-visit options may be available. The role also offers leadership development pathways and opportunities to grow into leadership, mentorship, or program development.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
At least 1 year of pediatric experience is preferred.
