About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time, school-based pediatric role in Somerset, New Jersey. The position is an exclusive elementary school placement with no travel required. The stated schedule is four days a week, from 8:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Compensation is $60–$65, with pay for the full school day, including preparation time, documentation time, and lunch. Requirements
- New Jersey State Occupational Therapist License.
- New Jersey School Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.
