About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in the Canby, Oregon area. This is an in-person, full-time role for the 2026–2027 school year, covering a long-term leave beginning in February 2027. The position involves supporting students through assessments, therapy plans, IEP participation, collaboration with school teams, and ongoing progress monitoring.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon occupational therapy license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
