This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital. Requirements
- Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of quality occupational therapy services.
- Provide Case Management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services.
- Assure compliance with current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and reports to the physician.
- Complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record.
