About The Position
Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Part-Time or Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Landings of Georgetown, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Georgetown, SC. We believe in setting our employees up for success by providing personalized orientation and ongoing support. The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 0-1 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Current valid CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
