About The Position
Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic | Lock Street - New Haven, CT Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to treat Yale Health Plan members at our Lock Street - New Haven clinic. PTSMC has partnered with Yale University to provide contracted physical therapy services to the University community of employees, faculty, and students. This role is for an individual who is passionate about helping others, eager to grow their skills, and ready to join a team that truly values its people. Requirements
- Degree from an accredited OT program
- Connecticut Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to apply)
- A genuine desire to help people live healthier, more active lives
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients
- Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals
- Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes
- Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources
- Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our “PT for Life” philosophy
