About The Position

Work Schedule 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday -Friday 8-4:30, one weekend day (Sat or Sun) every 4 weeks, one rotating holiday per year. You will work at the UW Health 209 9th St Clinic. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current license from the State of Illinois per department policy.
  • An applicant for employment as an occupational therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.
  • An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired.
  • A new employee will not be allowed to work as an occupational therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs.
