About The Position
Redmond Care & Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team. This role involves screening and evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders, developing care plans, and providing rehabilitative treatment. The OT will administer various procedures, adjust treatments based on patient progress, and offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers. The facility is a 5-star skilled nursing facility located minutes off the I-405 and 520, emphasizing a friendly environment, teamwork, and respect for its employees. Requirements
- Occupational Therapy license is required.
- Washington Occupational Therapy License
- BLS Certification
- Wonderful bedside manner
- Enjoy serving and interacting with patients and coworkers.

Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.

- Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, adjusting treatments based on patient progress and outcomes.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
