About The Position

Could you be our next Per Diem Occupational Therapist at Paoli Hospital? Join a dedicated rehab team and help support weekend coverage at Chester County’s only Level II Trauma Center. Make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional patient care to the community while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You are a key component to keeping our patients motivated and on track with their occupational rehabilitation. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. Daily, you will perform detailed clinical assessment based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation. You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally. Requirements

  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.
  • BS required.
  • Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license ( OTR-L ).
  • Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
  • Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care experience of 1 year minimum strongly desired.
  • Master’s or Doctorate preferred
