About The Position
A leading home health organization in Fairfield, California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. The role offers guaranteed weekly pay and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. The organization serves patients throughout Solano County and is conveniently located between Sacramento and the Bay Area, with close proximity to Napa Valley and outdoor recreation. The surrounding communities are family-friendly with excellent schools and amenities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
- Active California Occupational Therapist license required
- Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and adaptive equipment
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
