About The Position
AVIR AT SWEETWATER, a small, charming skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its dedicated in-house therapy team. The facility cares for a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to create programs in cognition, memory care, and return to home. The organization provides ongoing training, career development, and growth opportunities. PRN schedules are also available. Vital Therpy, the network of facilities, is a growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities in Texas, focused on developing leaders, providing joy to patients and residents, and maintaining a commitment to quality care.
