Requirements

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
• CPR certification preferred unless otherwise required by hospital policy
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments.
• Lead patient assessments.
• Create personalized care plans.
• Target and resolve patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by learning about their physical, mental, and emotional needs to help them recover.
