About The Position

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) in Laconia, NH. This role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting and offers great pay, full benefits, and a supportive team environment. The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, and this is a direct hire/permanent placement position.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NH license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
