About The Position

MGA Homecare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy for children from birth to 21 years old. These children have a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs. The OT will complete evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with families to teach strategies that support progress at home. This role involves keeping accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to guide each child’s journey. Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program
Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required
CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
