About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Gastonia, North Carolina, for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person role. The position pays $40–$47 per hour, with equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Benefits are available for employees working 0.8 FTE or higher, subject to a waiting period.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• North Carolina occupational therapy license, or eligibility to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff.
