Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Neuro Home & Community We are building a neuro rehab model focused on real-life function — not clinic-based limitations. As an Occupational Therapist in our Neuro Home & Community program, you will help patients rebuild independence in the activities that matter most: daily routines, cognition, safety, and participation in everyday life. You’ll work directly in patients’ homes and community environments, where meaningful recovery actually happens — not in artificial clinic settings. This is a full-time role designed for OTs who want autonomy, flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and functional outcomes without overwhelming productivity pressure.
