About The Position

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
Provide care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
