About The Position
Child & Family Development (C&FD) is seeking Occupational Therapists at all experience levels to join their award-winning pediatric outpatient practice. The role involves providing pediatric evaluations and treatment services to help children develop skills for daily activities, school, play, and family life. Therapists will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care. C&FD offers a clinician-focused culture with opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and work-life balance, emphasizing no nights, weekends, or holidays. Requirements
- Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care
