Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, or psychosocial deficits.
- Assess safety and effectiveness in performing independent living skills.
- Design plans of care specifying treatment types and frequencies.
- Modify plans continuously based on monitored patient progress.
