About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OTR) – PRN Fleetwood Post Acute – Easley, SC $40–$50/hour | PRN | Flexible Scheduling About Us Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina—just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
- Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina (required)
- Must meet all continuing education requirements and remain in good standing with the State Board
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team members
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Conduct staff education and in-service training
