Per Diems shall be required to work 1 major and 2 minor holidays per year & 4 weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) per 3 month period of time. A weekend is defined as a Saturday or Sunday. Major and Minor Holidays are defined as: major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day) and two (2) other holidays throughout the year if and as needed by the Medial Center. The range for the role is $62.0791-$63.9415/ hr (Per Diem) Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

Requirements

Graduate of an approved and accredited Occupational Therapy Program, a baccalaureate or entry-level master's degree in occupational therapy, or the equivalent.
Individuals graduating after 1/1/07 are required to have a Master’s Degree.
New graduate eligible
Current NYS license or eligibility.
Completion of NBCOT registration exam or eligible, member AOTA desirable.
Current and ongoing BLS certification.
