Requirements

Active Oregon OT License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid CPR certification
Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.

Nice To Haves

SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required
Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
A compassionate, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment
