About The Position

Soaring on Hope is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care to children ages 0–21. The therapist will help children build skills that support fuller participation in everyday life. The workplace emphasizes clinician support, protected documentation and collaboration time, and a team environment focused on helping children thrive. Therapists have no scheduling or billing responsibilities and receive a private therapy room and monthly therapy materials budget.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Passion for family-centered, evidence-based care.
• Collaborative mindset and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric outpatient, school, or early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, behavioral, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, self-care, handwriting, executive functioning, coordination, and functional independence.
• Partner with families through education, coaching, and home programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in department meetings and professional development.
