This position offers a total compensation potential of OTR = $65/hour ($16.25/unit) and $100/eval, and COTA = $50/hour ($12.5 unit). The location is 9307 Bridgeport Way SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. The schedule is flexible but requires evenings. Requirements

• 1+ years in pediatrics
• Washington State license in Occupational Therapy
• OTR or COTA
• Passion for changing the lives of others
