The Occupational Therapist (OT) plays a critical role in helping patients rebuild the skills needed for everyday life after neurological injury or complex medical illness. Through hands-on, individualized therapy, the OT helps patients improve self-care, mobility, cognition, and functional independence while working closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with neurologic and medically complex patients in a structured rehabilitation environment and who value teamwork, consistency, and making meaningful progress with every patient. The Occupational Therapist works with patients who may have cognitive, psychiatric, or physical challenges and helps them develop the skills needed for greater independence, safety, and quality of life.
