About The Position
Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role involves providing care to patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's, and creative fun groups. The facility is also building an outpatient program and offers ongoing training and career development. Vital Therapy, the network of facilities, emphasizes in-house therapy, patient joy, leadership development, and quality of care.
Requirements
- License in the state of Texas
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients and residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's, and creative fun groups.
- Participate in building an outpatient program.
